    Device overheating, screen is boiling to the touch (most likely due to faulty battery), reported this yesterday morning, and nobody has bothered to respond. I want to return it, have asked for a prepaid shipping label but nobody has responded! It shouldn't take this long to get a response. I have ordered a replacement from amazon, backmarket is too difficult to deal with when you want to do a return.

    Item that I got which was a iPad I had got when I took it out the box and turn it on it asked for a passcode after turning it on I tryed 0000 & 1234 that did not work so everytime the passcode ain’t work it disable the iPad for 2-3 hr sometimes longer that’s varying inconvenient for me still can’t set up the iPad till this day

    The Item I received arrived with a laptop charger not compatible with the laptop. It was also found with a kitchen paper towel between screen and keyboard. The laptop had a sticker on the lid and several scratches on the bottom of the laptop. Item was listed as excellent condition which was a lie.

    The phone I received has very poor battery charging capabilities (68%). I went to have the battery replaced and they told me that the phone had had previous water damage and therefore the battery could not be changed. This stinks. I have only had the phone a few weeks and know that there was no water damage done on my end. The phone is basically useless beacsue I need to keep plugged in and charging or the battery drops extemely quickly.
