I got an iPad 5th generation and it was exactly what was advertised. It appears to be in brand new condition in my opinion. My only complaint is FedEx because my package was out for delivery for 3 days until I decided to go pick it up myself from a facility

The Ipad came very quickly and bubblewrapped too! The only downside was the very tiny crack at the top of the screen, but it’s second hand so that’s fair! It works well, runs smoothly and doesn’t overheat quickly, and is just what I ordered! I’m extremely pleased.

I ordered on Monday around 11am and my order arrived on Thursday around lunch time. I ordered the fair version and the screen is flawless. The back of the iPad has some scratches but other than that, nothing else. It runs all of the games I play except Disney Dreamlight Valley and it is a very large screen. It is controller compatible and set up took me 5 minutes! This is the perfect budget iPad !

The Ipad looks good overall and it's fully functional but Im surprised that I ordered the Excellent model and it had a chipped off corner. Fortunately it can be covered up with a case but it's not a small chip you can easily see it. I don't know if this is the norm but it was a bit disappointing. I have ordered from Backmarket before and my Macbook Air came spotless and looked brand new. Not so much with the Ipad. I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Honestly, did not know the iPad was not new if I didn’t ordered it myself. Handling of the delivery was flawless. This people and their team of suppliers really do know, how to deliver on a promise! Very happy!

It has a few dots on it like scratches but it’s good quality at first I couldn’t text or FaceTime but now I can I recommend buying it and recommend it to my family I love my iPad so much and it was so cheap very good deal 😁
