The computer overall looked fine and was working well enough. I unfortunately had to return it because some keys were working properly and the battery had a “service recommended” warning sign. Granted I got it for a “good” condition, that maybe shouldn’t have happened. I am still hopeful my replacement will be satisfying, but it was just annoying needing to do the returning and waiting.

I am a big fan of BackMarket. I've bought a few laptops and tablets from them. This particular order was not up to their usual standards. First, the item, a Surface Pro tablet, appeared brand new, which was great. However, once I turned it on, it powered up but would not boot. I tried all the suggestions I could find online, and none of them worked. So I submitted a help request. It took 3 days for anyone to respond to the request. I let them know in the ticket the typical benchmark for help desk response is in hours, not days, and I was stuck with a product I needed but could not use. Once they contacted me, they made some additional suggestions for booting the tablet, but they did not work either, so they initiated a return. I let them know in the ticket I wanted a replacement with an equal or better model at the same price. There was no response to that request, and the return was processed as a refund. So here I am almost 2 weeks later, still with no device. I guess I need to place another order. But I am hesitant after the slow response to the problems I had. Still, they are the best at what they do, so I will cross my fingers and place another order. Wish me luck.

The iPad that I purchased is supposed to be 128GB and you sent me an ipad with 32GB of storage. This is unacceptable. The only reason I purchased the iPad for the price was because the item description stated that it has 128GB of memory.
