    When the computer arrived, it hadn't been restored all the way to factory settings. I got a notification saying that Tableau Software—likely, the previous owner of this laptop—was still able to remotely control and configure the laptop. The laptop also didn't have a Macintosh HD, which is an obvious, serious issue. I spent two hours with Apple support reestablishing a Macintosh HD, so we could re-install an operating system. The computer itself is great, but I'd be very wary about purchasing from this store again.

    This is the third time I’ve attempted to order a 2015 MacBook Pro from BackMarket. The first one came in good condition and I was happy with it until it randomly stopped working after only a few uses. I sent it back, was reimbursed and eventually ordered a replacement. The replacement came in far worse condition than the “Good” that I was expecting. I had to send it back as well and after some hassle was fully reimbursed. I just received my third attempt. It is also in worse exterior condition than expected, Large immediately noticeable abrasions and dents on the casing. The charger is dirty and yellowed. The charging port is gunned up and moments after I turned it on it just went into spinning wheel of death, where it has now lived for thirty minutes & counting. I am sending this computer back for a third refund. (Nobody has attempted to address compensating the loss of time and energy on my end) I am not happy. The customer service has been prompt. Other than that, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering anything online.
