My new macbook arrived quicker than promised with immaculate and professional packing. While the computer was listed in "Very Good" condition, it was like new and very clean. It was difficult to detect any signs of use. It's been working very well and has exceeded expectations. The seller included a brand new charging cable, hard case, and keyboard cover. It's worth noting that there are additional fees and taxes on top of the listed price.

I've been using the Mac for a month now and it's been working spectacularly. At first, it was tough because the battery arrived damaged, but the people feom Backmarket was always very attentive and helped me step by step to solve the issue. In the end, the Mac had AppleCare, so it was possible to fix the battery completely for free, and now everything works well. Very happy with my purchase!

The charger for some reason doesn’t work well, there were times I had to plug it in to different outlets for it to start charging Just recently I felt it get really hot, on a normal hard surface table and the charger ceased to work. So right in currently left with no charger The laptop works great, charger sucked

Great laptop i didn’t expect it to be the clean the delivery quick every think was more then what i expected to be , my only issue with back market was how to call the costumer service and how to reach out to them quick the ask for help button not really helping

The device was in good physical shape, but when I received it, the system default language was set to Hindi. I don’t remember ever seeing some sort of indication as to where it was coming from. That caused some problems because there were no English words to help me get through the device setup screens. After Google Translating my way through those screens and changing the system default, everything else has worked relatively well.

The reported condition was better than I expected, only one cosmetic flaw that I have found. Shipping was fast thanks to the shipper being in the same state as my home address. This will be the first of several purchases using BackMarket.
