    So sad!! My dream computer came ready for my birthday only to find it was STILL LOGGED INTO ANOTHER OWNER and that I needed a password to log in. Don’t they check to make sure they have factory reset it?! Zero care went into making sure my computer was ready for a new owner. Now i have to package it back up and bring it to UPS. It’s so heavy I’m going to have to ask someone to help me, SO DISAPPOINTING!! 😭😭

    It looks like the battery was replaced on the phone. When I'm charging the phone the battery percentage increment doesn't reflect that it's charging it is only updated when the phone is restarted.
