I evidently got a stolen phone. I understand stuff happens. I need this phone to work yesterday and I know I have to purchase a new one but I can't get anybody to answer the chat to see if I have to buy one from back market or if I can buy one from the seller which is advant solutions. I've been waiting since 10:00 this morning and it's currently 9:00 p.m. on a Friday.

This is the second time the seller has sent me a device that does not match what I ordered, at first it was locked to the wrong carrier and next it was in fair condition instead of the excellent I ordered. Backmarkets support staff were very quick and helpful however only able to apply a 10% discount or send the device back for another go. Overall my experience was better than with other refurbishment sites.

Solid phone but has its issues. Currently still using now but definitely need to upgrade soon considering battery health.
