    Honest feedback: - The physical quality is much higher than I anticipated. No screen scratches that I can tell, and only a small blemish on the case on the left side, where it looks like someone bumped the metal case. It's not very noticable unless you are looking for it. - It was not cleaned very well. Screen looked like someone had wiped it with something, but it was all smeared. Same for keyboard/case. 5min of elbow grease and it was clean as new. - There are better ways to provide the laptop OS on a mac than to send it w/ a user already created. You can literally Cmd-R into "Recovery Mode", delete the partition in Disk Utility and then re-run the install fresh. Much better to provide it to people in "I'm a brand-new Mac!" mode that to provide it "wiped" but already through the initial setup steps. I had planned to do that process myself anyway, because I am paranoid and don't trust people, but if someone inexperienced like my wife had gotten this laptop it would have been a much nicer experience for them. All-in-all it was a great purchase. The laptop is a beast with 64gb ram. All hardware checks passed, and I have been using it extensively since I took ownership.
