    I ordered an excellent condition phone but it has good marked on back of phone. The volume of phone is not good, I have to put speaker on with almost every conversation. I didn’t send back because with my job, I can’t be without phone. I will not purchase from back market again, kind of feels like I got ripped off.

    The laptop is technically great, but it did not arrive in the condition I expected. The screen and keyboard were really dirty. I expected that the laptop would at least be cleaned before shipping. Cleaning the screen wasn't a big deal, but I did need to blow out and vacuum the keyboard. Several keys were also sticky from residue, so I had to remove the key covers and clean out the keyboard with alcohol to remove the residue. Now the laptop is in great condition.

    Received quickly so that was a plus- device came charged to 78% which was also nice since it was a Christmas gift and waiting isn’t something a kid wants to do- device looked brand new- no dents or scratches visible anywhere. My only complaint is the battery- it doesn’t hold a charge terribly long and it takes way longer than it should to charge. For example we plugged it in to charge at 5% @ 9:00 by 4:30 (after multiple checks and absolutely NO usage while charging) it was only @ 58%.. I didn’t finally reach 100% charge until 8:45- almost 12 hours to get a full charge and again with NO usage during charging.

    iMac arrived in time and well packed. However, the screen was extremely dirty (too many finger prints). Please use gloves when handling the computer or clean the screen before sending to the customer. I am satisfied and plan on buying other items. This is a constructive criticism to make your service better than already is.
