    I purchased in fair condition. It has 2 minor dents on the corner and a smear mark on the screen. The functionality is impeccable. This is my first MacBook and I’m so glad I purchased through backmarket. I’ve made other phone purchases here and backmarket has never failed me. If you want a MacBook but not ready to purchase brand new, backmarket is the way to go for sure.

    Works really well and overall a great MacBook. Only issue is that there is a very tiny bit of damage on the screen and when I use programs like excel it shows a little black dot on the screen. That’s my only complaint with it!

    Processing and shipping was super fast. I got my computer in four days. On visual inspection of this 2018 Mac Mini, (sold by DMD Systems) I am amazed about the deal I got! “Fair” Condition is an understatement. There are minor dings and scrapes that are barely noticeable the computer fired right up and connected to my dual monitors. Unfortunately, I cannot set it up yet because I need a wired keyboard and mouse. The only downside was that the power cable it came with was way too short. Fortunately, I have an old Bose Soundsystem that’s on the floor that has the same cable but longer. Swap those cables and all is well. I’ll Performance review if I am able to after this… Thanks again for such a wonderful Sale!

    The MBP was really good in both aesthetics and functionality! The physical condition as described in the product description matched the actual condition of the device when I received it. So far I haven't been experiencing any issue with the device, which is a testament to both Apple build quality and the refurbishing that went into this product! I definitely will come back to BackMarket to purchase refurbished product in the future!

    Only negative is that is was just a little dirty on opening. Everything works great and is functional as if it were brand new. But it just had some grime in the keys that I had to clean out. It wasn’t too bad, and I’d say that’s an easy problem to have. As opposed to some bigger issues you’d expect when buying used hardware.

    so far I absolutely love this!! it came exactly as described! not a scratch or crack on it.. the only thing I would say is I wish it came with an official apple box/ & I kind of wish for the price point... it would of had a delivery where I would have to sign for it...just for added security lol. but besides that it came very nice.     I actually ordered this charger by mistake, as I looked at the initial order for the MacBook (i9, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD) and thought that it didn't include a charger. The part is exactly what I was led to believe it to be. I am keeping it as a potential backup charger, if I ever need it. It was accurately delivered on time, and was the part ordered, I just made a mistake on the initial MacBook order.

    Arrived on time and in great shape. The laptop still seems to have good battery life. The one thing that struck me as a negative is that the computer already had an account created on it. I expected that it would be completely clean ready to run Apple's setup assistant. I was able to do a clean reinstall of the OS and then it was all good.
