    This company definitely does some shady stuff with their batteries on these older Iphones. They may report above 80%, but the only possible way that's true is if the batteries they use have about half the capacity of the oem battery. Ive worked in this industry and Im very aware of how long these batteries should last under heavy use. I opened my phone, got it setup, charged it to 100%. Within 10 mins of watching shorts on facebook, it was at 68%. This is absurd. Totally unacceptable. It charges from 60 to 100% in 8 minutes. Explain that to me BackMarket. When I clicked on the frown face for this review, it prompted me to look at solutions before I post anything negative. No real help was offered. Just a text wall with no options for contacting customer service. Im not gonna send this back n forth, its not like this company will provide me with a new battery. I just ate the cost of an IFIXIT battery, confirmed 100% compatible. I will just fix this myself since this company cant be honorable themselves.
