I placed my order and immediately received notification that the order was being processed with a delivery date. Back Market sent communications updating me on my purchase until I received it which was a day earlier than expected. It came in plain packaging with tool/charger. Absolutely looks and feels like a brand new phone. Works just like a new phone should. I am happy and satisfied with the entire experience. I will be telling everyone about Back Market.

So far the device is great, I felt a little uneasy at first because the device felt hot after having it on for like 10 minutes. It felt fine a little bit after that but so far it's been great and worth the money.

This would have been higher rating however, the phone I received was not the 5g 2023 version (as stated in the product name) but the 4g 2023 version. I doubled checked the spec list before purchasing and it said there as well that the phone I purchased was the 5g 2023 version.

I was shopping around and happened to find this phone and ended up buying two, one for me one for my wife. Was a little skeptical but we got the phones and have had them for about a month and they've been awesome. The phones are both in perfect condition and everything works just as it should, very pleased and happy.
