Phone exceeded expectations. Device was labeled good condition, from what I can see it was excellent. I personally couldn't find a scratch. Everything checked out in the diagnostic. I was hesitant to purchase a device through Backmartet, but not because of any concerns with them. The process for finding a phone that met my needs on the website was smooth. And when i was ready to purchase and found one I liked, the purchase went smoothly, and the shipment arrived in a timely (maybe even a little early?) manner. The phone itself met and maybe even exceeded my expectations. Other than the splash screen for a different carried, it works perfectly and I am finally in the world of 5G. We liked the phone, had it set up with Verizon and sent it to my brother, a disabled vet, to a rural area in LA. He's still been unable to use the phone due to problems connecting to his wifi. Hopefully he can get someone to help him with this. I think he will enjoy it if he can just use it. The phone arrived in perfect condition.
