    A bit longer wait than I was used to from Back Market but ultimately it was not a big deal. I bought this phone for an older relative who is totally befuddled by smart phones. She is still somewhat confused but once she gets the hang of it, it will be a breeze. She's already made two calls on her own. Setup was as easy as taking the SIM card from her smartphone and putting it in the flip phone. Setup her contacts and done. Amazing quality for the money - which is why I am a repeat customer.     the order went very well it was easy enough to find a phone and pick it out as for when I got the phone I'm not yet sure what happened I transferred everything over charged that night the next afternoon I received a call from my son upon answering it it just stopped the screen went blank and there was nothing it would not charge would not turn back on just nothing so I'm not sure it was the phone or what happened I tried to reset it nothing it would not even change so I don't know what happened but I don't blame anyone for it it just happened I would but from them again I just went a different route this time and ordered a brand new phone

    The main description says that the Samsung Galaxy A20 phone is unlocked, and works with all carriers. I tried to use the phone with visible wireless, offered here with a discount, and it was incompatible, despite what the description. So, now I have to return the phone.

    It said “excellent” yet it looks good at best. Some dots/small scratches on the back screen. 2 visible scratches on the body and the back also looked like it was docked for long periods of time, including dust on the front grill and a lot of wear on the USB-C port. Battery was a cheap replacement. Charger brick was from Huawei with a generic cable. I give it 4 stars instead of 3 because it was unlocked as promised, and the front screen was flawless.
