    purchaseing this product was easy and when I got it I was really excited for the father in-law to start using it but then I took it to my phone service provider to get it activated so he could start using it but I bought it not knowing it was just a 4G phone (my fault) and my phone provider said they switched to full time 5G and dont support 4G phones at all anymore well I returned the phone back to backmarket told them the reason why and took some pictures and just waited and I got my money back honestly nothing wrong with back market in this case honestly this is my second purchase from back market and its been good experience every time I highly recommend these app/company

    Used my refurbished CatS62 for only 5 days and it suddenly stopped booting up. Just keeps cycling on and off. Apparently the boot up software is corrupt. What a disappointing P.O.S. that's supposed to be in excellent condition >:-(. I tried emailing BackMarket for help, but all I get are generic forms or links to their FAQ. Backmarket used to be great, but now it's getting impossible to reach an actual human being. Seems like they are relying more on ChatGPT or A.I. for customer service. Maybe I'll shop somewhere else in the future.
