    The phone I received is in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted. The only problem with the experience was that it was the second phone I ordered, the first was not as described, clearly having scratches on the screen when it was supposed to be "silver" condition. I was able to ship the first phone back for free, and promptly received a refund so it all worked well in the end, just took a little longer... I ordered the second phone before the other one was refunded, and then a bit later Back Market asked if I wanted to order a replacement phone, so the system is not a joined up as it could be. A future improvement...

    BackMarket delivery was fast. Phone arrived in near new condition, as promised. One thing that I didn't like: I ordered a Galaxy S9 and they sent a Galaxy S9+. No big problem, but I had already purchased a phone case which arrived before the phone. S9 case won't fit S9+, so I had to return that one and order another, which delayed getting my new phone activated by two days since I don't carry it until it's protected from drops.
