    Great value. Effective customer service and return process. I ordered 5 devices and 3 were delivered and functioned as promised. The fourth device was not the model I ordered and would not work with my carrier. Return process very efficient. Fifth device did not function so returned. Replacement was wrong model even though I specifically stated in conversation with refurbisher rep. which model I needed. Returned and ordered another. Finally after 3 weeks without a device I received correct and functioning model. Based on my experience theres an 80% chance you will receive the device model you ordered. That said I would order from Backmarket again.

    This phone looks brand new and never used. I took it to the T-Mobile store to transfer information from my old phone. They couldn't put it on the old Sprint network, but they were over to put it on the new T-Mobile network which is better since T-Mobile has brought out Sprint. It's sharpe - ecommsell did the refurbishing, and there's a 1 year warranty. Thanks Backmarket.

    I was a bit skeptical buying a refurbished phone especially because I didn't want to throw money down the drain in case it didn't work, but I gave it a shot and I'm SOOOO GLAD I DID!!!!! My phone works just as good as a regular Galaxy Note 10 plus!!! I had bought my Husband a brand new galaxy 10 plus last year and I paid over $1000+ and comparing my phone to his everything is exactly the same no problems or issues with my phone whatsoever!!! My husband said if we would have known of this website around the time I purchased his phone last year he would have wanted me to buy it refurbished instead because my phone is just as good as a new one and to top it off you can't beat that its half the price of a new one as well, so its a WIN WIN!!!!!     I must first applaud whomever that is overseeing all the write-ups on this website. The individual(s) has/have a great sense of humor and they uplift my mood with smiles each time I pay a visit to this site, thank you! Whoopee! The unlocked iPhone 8 plus (Mint) that I ordered is the best I could ever ask for. In fact, it looks very new, no scratch. It was beyond my expectation! It is working so perfectly too. I bought a phone case which comes with a screen protector, I also bought a different/single screen protector and they arrived before the phone arrived. So, I doubled up these two screen protectors that the screen becomes less sensitive when I touch the ends of the screen to pull the keyboard area for typing. At first, I thought it was a problem with the phone. However, I noticed that the phone works excellently fine each time I remove the screen protector that comes with phone case, and if I use the phone with only the single screen protector that I placed differently on the phone. The iPhone SE that I was using before had just a single one screen protector on its surface, but it is just my personal cautiousness to keep the phone off any scratch, as someone going from SE to 8 plus (I do not blame myself that much for being extra careful with the phone). But I must remove one screen protector to allow the phone breath :) My greatest fear was that I am using H20 wireless sim card (network) which most people did not know of. But with the description of the unlocked phone, I ordered it anyway. I rushed to insert my sim card when I received the phone, and I was thrilled that it worked perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, overall, I will give ten stars to this seller! The phone is in excellent condition and looks so new. Also, the seller shipped the item on time and it was delivered on time to me as well. I have been using the phone for 19 days now without any problem in any of the functions and settings. I highly recommend this website and the seller, you both rock!!!

    This phone was in like new condition . When the battery is very low the Apple symbol comes up and it flashes on and off idk that this is normal but keeping an eye on it . Otherwise this phone is in great condition and I would definitely order more products from your company again

    Refurbished iPad was in perfect condition when it arrived however I paid for express shipping and the shipper did not ship my package until multiple days later. The customer service was quick however , and I was refunded the costs for shipping.     I love my new iPhone! Its condition was rated as fair, but it's gorgeous! I can't find a single indication that it's used. Especially compared to my cracked, scratched and dinted old one. Back Market even included the SIM tool! I was so proud of myself for opening the little door and getting the SIM card out. And then I promptly fumbled, and it fell to the floor, which has a nice layer of paper bits, like miniature leaf litter, that fell out from cutting with my papercrafting dies. So I was on my knees under my desk, looking closely at each little pile of multicolored bits, and miraculously, I found it! I never would have dreamed that I could make the switch and transfer the data myself (well, all I did was follow directions and letting Apple wizardry make the switch.
