    iphone 7 we received was basically brand new and came with a screen protector installed -- cosmetically perfect with no scratches anywhere and battery capacity was at 100%.....this is the 2nd iphone 7 we've bought through backmarket, and both have been great. Will definitely use them again. The only negative comment I can say was the phone was wrapped in "reused" bubble wrap and shipped loosely with the charger/cable in a 4x6 flimsy bubble wrap envelope (pretty cheesy) .... the phone could have been very easily damaged during shipping and then we would have to deal with a return which is not fun for the customer.....we got lucky and the phone arrived undamaged, but I'd recommend the refab person at least use a box when shipping to protect such an expensive investment.

    At the end everything turned out good. But it did take a bit to get there. We received the phone in a timely manner as promised, however the phone was not compatible with our carrier as promised. We call the company to get it replaced. A new phone cannot be sent until the first phone is sent back. The label to send the phone back was just first class mail. The replacement phone was sent 3 day mail. It did take a bit of time to get the replacement phone. This was a bit frustrating as the mistake was completely the companies and we had to wait for the replacement phone. When I wrote a note to Back Market to talk to them about it, their only reply was that we can just refund your money if you don't want to wait. While yes that would work, I am still left without a phone that I had ordered. Not great customer service. The new phone did come and the replacement phone was compatible with the network we needed. Overall, I am not sure we would order a phone from this site again, but maybe. I would certainly do more research and if the phone was the least expensive from Back Market I would probably order from them again. The replacement phone looked good and was in good condition.

It does randomly freeze up and there are very minor scratches on the phone that were not mentioned in the description, but overall good product. The phone charger that came with the phone was not an apple charger (I think shipped from China) and it doesn't properly charge my phone.

    They sold me a blacklisted iPhone 8. As soon as I put my SIM card in it suspended my carrier account. It took me 2 days, a lot of time on the phone with my carrier and 20 bucks for a new SIM card to get my account reactivated. Although they did give me a fast and full refund, I thought this would be something they check before selling a refurbished phone but I guess not. Not worth it in my opinion. Buyer beware I guess.
