I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

This is a real review. Idk if anyone else has trust issues like myself lmao but this is legit. This iPhone XR has lasted me over 5 yrs. Battery life has been great right up until the end, there were no scratches, cracks, or defects of any kind when I received this phone. It’s came quick and arrived pristine. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. The only reason I am replacing this phone is because I am clumsy as hell and have dropped it one too many times. The phone I bought before this was just as good and I believe the phone I just ordered from this site to replace this xr will be just as good as the past 2. I personally love this site, phones are cheap and arrive super quickly and I’ve never had any functionality issues with the 2 phones I’ve purchased off this site. Praying for the same w the 3rd.

I order excellent and it has a few scratches. also, whenever I had it on the charger, it started to overheat, but I left it alone for a little bit and it’s perfectly fine now I needed an upgrade from my iPhone 6s so I bought an iPhone XR, overall, I’m very pleased

Got my husband an android smart phone a few years back. I had an iphone. Was disappointed in the number of incompatibilites there were between our phones, so I got him a phone just like mine, an iPhone XR. I love it. He isn't a techie, but at least I can help him out when he gets lost or hits a wrong icon.

My “new” phone and case arrived much sooner than anticipated. The phone is refurbished, but looks and operates like a new phone. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

awesome as usual. There was an issue with the phone and i reached out to support. I was immediately provided with a return mail and i sent the phone back to seller. I got a replacement phone within 3 days. THis one is great and is not glitching at all. Thats the best thing i love about back market. I can go ahead and confidently buy things knowing that I am backed by a great customer service.
