    We purchased this phone 3/3/20. Advertised as "mint" it worked just fine for three months then would not power up. The seller, ecommsell.com ,send a return postage label within 24 hours and we got it back in the mail to them the next day. After not hearing from them on status, I asked what was going on. They informed me they received the shipment but lost the phone, which adding insult to injury, had it's SIM card in it so now I have to replace that too. Poor quality and poor procedures in their warehouse. Not a winning combination for a refurbished phone company.

    I was shocked to even get this order because the zip code was incorrect and I couldn’t change it before it was mailed. Customer service took over a week to get back to me. When it did arrive the charger didn’t work. Now Verizon is telling me this phone isn’t compatible when I specifically got this one because it said it was compatible with Verizon. So needless to say- I’m upset. I’m not looking forward to the refund process. I’m sure it will be dragged out.

    I ordered a iphone 8 plus 256GB- Gold in color... I received one that was black... Mint? it was delivered 4 days late, wrong color and they took off $25. the phone is okay, but with two things wrong, I believe they should have sent me the gold one and over-night-ed... to ship the wrong one and correct it with a gold one would have cost more than the $25 bucks. just a thought if they do this to you.....
