    It was scratched more than expected, the speakerphone mic didn't work, and the battery would get super hot while charging. Also, it has a weird build on it so I had to wipe it like 4x to get it to go into the setup mode when I got it, and another 7-8 times to actually delete everything in order to prep it to send it back.

    I can’t rate anything but the shipping as I NEVER received the phone of course it says delivered and I didn’t get anything. I have a camera at my front door where they say it was delivered and no mailman left the package there. Yet they still don’t care when I reached out to them and they will not replace, return my money nor reach out to the mail carrier, I had to do so myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You’re paying for literally nothing and nobody will help you get your money back.
