    My wife needed to replace her phone and we couldn’t afford a new one. We ordered her one just like mine. She was hesitant. When it arrived in only 3 days we were amazed, or looked brand new.     First the fact you allow blacklisted products deterred me from ever buying anything else from you guys I don't have time to send my money to places wait a week for it to get to me and then gotta send it all back its just a major inconvenience. And the price point is more expensive then apple refurbished phones which makes no sense considering you are a secondary source. It's okay the only thing I can say positive is customer service is good at keeping in contact that's about it

    First experience with this company. The iphone arrived when projected and was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, Sprint could not activate it. I let BackMarket know. Same day I received a return postage paid label by email attachment and soon thereafter a full refund. Loved the interactions with BackMarket over email all of which were exceptionally prompt and clearly not just auto-generated but real people. The benefit of buying a used phone here rather than say through an upgrade with your carrier is the postage paid return and a full year warranty. I completely recommend BackMarket and look forward to supporting their business, which has a reduce-reuse-then recycle mentality. My rating would have been 5/5 except honesty requires that I give one poor rating b/c the phone did not function as expected ONLY because sprint could not activate it. I may have misread the phone's description before ordering but I did think it was sprint friendly when I ordered.

    I went with Back market because of their high costumer rating. First I made a mistake and order the wrong phone, they were great, they quickly cancelled the order and I was able to purchase the correct phone. I order a phone that was rated as mint condition, when received the phone condition was MINT! The battery was at 100%, I've been using the phone for a week and it's working excellent! The only complaint is that fed ex was the worst!, Less than 1 star for them.

    This XS was a replacement for another iphone XS ordered from Back Market that arrived with a camera that did not work. This replacement is the exact same model but I paid more for better condition presumably in better shape than the last one. Alas it seems that everything is working on this phone which is the point but it is in worse condition. It has significant scratches on the back and was not reset so I had to manually do the reset before I could setup the phone. not the end of the world but just sloppy QC. Customer service was impressive but I would not recommend due to quality of products and the apparent lack of QC.

    Did not receive the quality iPad I was supposed to be receiving. Purchased what was supposed to be a “mint” iPad mini 4 what I received was “good” quality at best. Seller offered to return and refund or gave me a small partial refund. As this was my son’s “big” Christmas gift and I received the day before Christmas Eve returning wasn’t really an option

    Aesthetically the phone is in great condition. I chose mint quality. There were still a few scratches on the back of the phone, but nothing too noticeable. The port is clean and clicks to charge which is great. The OS itself has failed a few times, the phone has just randomly shut off into recovery mode for no reason on two occasions though which has been super frustrating. The spinning wheel of death. But it seems to be okay for now, I just hope it doesn't happen again. Nice loud speaker and can hear calls loudly through the phone. The camera is not as great as I thought, but it could be that it's just a terrible camera from Apple, not sure. Setting up the phone, restoring it was a huge pain, but eventually I got through it with the help of youtube videos. The phone is otherwise working well but it's still early so let's wait and see as the months progress right?
