I decided to go with Back Market after reading a lot of mediocre reviews from people who had purchased used or refurbished phones from companies like Amazon, BestBuy and Amazon. I wanted my experience to be one and done and was willing to pay just a bit more to ensure that. I ordered a "mint condition" unlocked iphone 8 a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was prompt and the phone was exactly as described, unlocked and mint condition. For those wondering about the compatibility with their service provider: All I had to do was switch the SD card between my old iphone and my new one. I did have to remove and reinsert my SD card and restart my new iphone couple of times before I was able to get normal service and make phone calls, but sources online said that sometimes happens. Overall I am very pleased and I'm impressed with this company. I also like the money I saved by going with a high-quality used phone instead of buying new. One downside with the shipping: It arrived within a week but there was a signature required upon delivery, so my phone got booted back to the shipping center while I was at work (I had to go pick it up instead). I'm guessing a required signature is required with all product deliveries and I understand how it protects the company & customer, I just wish there had been a clear notification indicating this on my order/in my emails so that I knew I needed to be home when it arrived. Final thoughts: I have not needed to use service and support yet (which is good) so I can't vouch for that part of the customer experience. However everything else is great and I love my phone. I will probably purchase from this company again in the future.

I stepped up from an IPhone 7 to an 8. It’s been a good experience all the way around. Back Market’s web site is laced with good options across the market that most likely change weekly if not daily at good prices not to mention the subtle humor that engages its customers every step. When I priced new phones I was shocked and while my refurbished phone isn’t new it certainly functions and looks like a new one. When one throws in their no questions asked 30 day return policy as well as the 12 month warranty (note: warranties vary depending on the product) it will most likely be my “go to” site for all future purchases.
