    The phone that arrived was rose gold and not space grey, but at least the condition was mint and the specs were equal to those of the space-gray one I had ordered. I imagine that this may be due to them no longer having a space-gray iphone in stock at the time my order was actually acknowledged on their end. I'm not going to make a fuss over it seeing as the phone works very well and it's also full-on Covid-19 season, so a color difference isn't going to ruin it for me, and I'd rather not cause trouble for anyone. Please check your tracking process or speak to the actual seller to take a look at theirs because the tracking link still sees this phone as having "just been shipped" and not even in transit, let alone delivered.

    The quality of the product is fine. The customer service was not. I was charged for overnight delivery which I did not receive. All efforts to have this charge refunded have been met with “no.” I have been forced to file a consumer fraud complaint with the Illinois Attorney General.

    The product works well, and with our Verizon carrier, though we needed to replace the sim card for that part. Other than some download transfer issues (not the phone's fault) it is working quite well. Well enough that we have already purchased another phone from Back Market.     Well this was iPhone 2 in a week the first I wasn’t able to text or call android users. Went back to metro pcs Corp and they said my phone was to old.
