    Well the case is amazing. Feels good in the hand. Has a nice texture inside and out but the screen protector would not stick on the edges. No matter what I tried. This also happened last time I ordered one for my iPhone XS.

    I did not realize this was not a case that covers the screen. I'm not sure your description was clear about that. We have actually just laid it aside and bought a case on Amazon. Not really your fault We might have a use for it in different circumstances.

    In general It seems like a really nice case however, The button on the right side is hard to operate. When I try to shut the phone off, half the time it turns on Siri and other times when I need to double swipe, it doesn’t work. Very frustrating

    The phone is great. Very pleased with the case and the phone. It’s feels and looks like a brand new phone. The one complaint I have is paying the $30 to get it shipped faster. The estimated arrival date that was stated when I paid the extra $30 for fast shipping came and went. I tried to reach out via email but got no response. This was a big deal as I use my phone for work a lot. Paying the $30 just to get it the same day (actually after) the day I would have gotten it had I gone with free shipping was incredibly annoying.
