    The case is perfection. Having enjoyed the carelessness of my last phone, I didn't want another bulky case. It couldn't be slimmer. It's a perfect fit and since it's clear, a first for me, I can enjoy what my phone actually looks like. After a few minor tumbles, it seems secure. I can't speak to a serious drop. The screen fits the edges, but is maybe not the exact match. There is a circle over the vertical space bar that seems to be a needed thumb hole, but so far isn't useful on any applications. It mars the otherwise flawless look, but not too much to ignore. This is only my second screen, so I could be ignorant; there didn't seem an option to remove it. It slightly doesn't fit as occasionally a horizontal swipe or scroll won't move. After moving the screen up or down it will then engage. This doesn't happen all the time. Althought I smoothed it out, there are slight popping sounds as if it's not firmly attached. These things are reducing from an already low occurrence. Over all very happy with the look, feel, and quality of both. I highly recommend them!

    The cover is acceptable, had some problems with the air bubbles and. then in the process of fixing that, I managed to get some "fine dust particles" that are entrapped on the cover surface making it not stick in those areas. Had to use both film covers, still not the best results. Service has been excellent, and I appreciate the followup. You were highly recommended, and I have referred your company to several friends becasue of the good quality product, service and followup. Thanks

    I was concerned about the refurbish part although I have purchased some in the past from the manufacturer. Back Market isn’t the manufacturer so some concern. No need for the concern because the purchase has been a great experience. My old iPhone had bad battery issues and it was only 1 year old. This iPhone looked great. Performs great and I believe it had a new battery.I have held off writing a review so I would be sure I was leading someone else down a dark road.I can say Back Market has done everything they claim. I am very pleased.
