    The screens are great but I am not really enthusiastic about the case. At the bottom where the charge port is, the thin piece of silicon keeps pulling down when I take it out of my pocket.

    The iPhone 14 Pro and case aren’t very good condition, but the value of my iPhone X was supposed to be $76 when they reviewed my phone at the shop. They offered me $7. I was told to take pictures of my old phone and tell them if anything was wrong. There was nothing wrong with the phone and the outside condition was perfect. Not one chip or crack but when they reviewed the phone, they said my operating system had problems. how am I supposed to know this as a civilian in the world. I don’t have a diagnostic machine to run on my iPhone. in conclusion. Don’t promise me something and turn around and rob me blind. That’s some shit thing to do to somebody. Seven dollars, screw your seven dollars

    The condition of the phone was perfect and shipping was really quick. The only complaint was that iTunes was needed to update to iOS18 which isn’t supported. This did cause a delay in getting the phone set up but this is an Apple support issue not a reflection of back market.

    The cases dont allow for finger print control. They dont have a access hole for the control, the screen protectors did not stick very well and I had to pick up another locally, that worked perfectly. It is possible there was a problem because Fed Ex left it in my mail box over night in sub freezing temperature. Kind of stupid on their part . I should have required a signature as the 2 nd phone did.

    The phone is very good. The battery doesn't last as long as I’d like. I thought I was buying excellent. The trade-in company dinged me for a tiny blemish by the side button which would not show under a case. The screen protector I purchased does not allow the light touch I’m used to with my old Bodyguardz screen protector. I have to bang on the screen now. Have not yet dropped my phone so I can’t comment on the case.
