    The iPhone is fine. The ordering process left a lot to be desired. It would be better if your process would have been set up to notice a strange purchase that ordered 2 identical phones ordered by the same person 12 hrs apart and checked to see if that was intended or not. It would avoid the difficult process I encountered.

    I'm still getting used to my new iPhone 13 mini. Phone is fine, iOS 18 is what I don't like. Had trouble transferring apps from old SE. Tried Apple's way of setting phones next to each other to transfer apps, data, did not work for me. Because of Operating system changes and no home button, has been a challenge, but I love the size. Sound range seems to be extremely limited and low.
