    Paid a bit extra for the "excellent" condition and received a Macbook with a sticky key and that takes forever to restart even just from a recent sleep. Not bad enough to exchange, but certainly not "excellent" as advertised.

    I bought an exact duplicate, of my other iPad. I cracked the shit out of that one, and it was going to cost nearly $200 to replace the screen n it, or buy refurbished for less. This iPad is glitchy AF. It crashes, A LOT. I’m now noticing places on the screen that just don’t respond; dead zones. Screen might not respond when pressed; so I have to turn the iPad, hoping that the button will be located not in the same spot. I truly hate this iPad. Back market is great, I’ll totally do business with them again. This is the third purchase I’ve made. However, this is the first one that’s had any problems.

    Battery was totally shot. The computer shut down as soon as it was unplugged and even plugged in it would shut down every few minutes or even seconds sometimes. I could not even reset it to the factory settings because it would repeatedly shut down before I was able to do it. It was returned and I am patiently waiting for an update.
