    I would be wary of Electro Wireless. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was listed in Good condition, which according to BackMarket means, "Light signs of wear. The body may have light micro-scratches, invisible at a distance of 20 inches (about an arm’s length) or more. For items with screens, the screen will have no scratches." The phone I received had a massively scratched up screen. I would be disappointed with this if it was rated Fair let alone Good. These are not minor scratches but deep, you can feel them when trying to use the phone, gouges. The body was scratched up too, a bit more than what the description of good is supposed to mean, but the screen is a real disaster.

    The phone itself seems to be working really well. Even though I ordered it in the excellent condition, the body of the phone is pretty beat up and scratched. Not a huge deal, but I'm a little bummed that it didn't end up being the excellent physical quality I ordered. I'm definitely going to keep using it though!

    totally disappointed with this iphone. first it wasn't green. it wouldn't charge. it kept shutting down and the camera wouldn't set up face id. apparently this one wasn't checked out too good before shipping. had to return for credit and will decide about another purchase after credit is received. just stretching out the time for this experience. i always had good experiences in the past. sorry this one dropped the ball
