The process was quick, the phone came ready to work with my service provider, shipping was fast and customer service was/is great as they check back with you after the purchase to make sure you're enjoying your product. The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is great! The only thing I don't like about the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is when turning off, you have to hold 2 buttons at the same time and 1 button is the volume control and it also open other software. Challenging at times and it may take me a few times to actually turn the phone off. Ugh..
