I got the “Good” version and it was near perfect. It has micro-scratches on the screen but is barely visible unless looking up close. I got the T-Mobile locked phone hoping it would work with Mint mobile since it runs off T-Mobile network and it worked perfect with no issues. 10/10

Lots of updates to keep me in the loop on my order. I received it quick… and the phone looks practically brand new. The 13 month warranty was a bargain (and a must to protect your investment). This is my 4th phone from Back Market and not my last.

I wasn't happy with my purchase but the seller worked with me and I'm okay with that. Sad it didn't work out with the device bc I love the price and look of the phone. Still, I would come back and buy from the seller if our interests aligned.

Very satisfied with my order from back market. I tried buying the same phone on Amazon. That experience was poor. The phone came in bad shape mainly because of battery quality but there were other issues with basic functionality. Anyway, after returning that one and ordering on back market I could tell it was going to be better as soon as I saw the packaging. Everything works great.
