    Ordered two phones. This one is OK but wasn't factory reset and has markings on the screen and side. Excellent is supposed to have a clear screen. Not as happy with this one as the other one ordered from a different carrier and it arrived 3 days later than the other one.

    The only bad thing on this device, was that the sim card tray doesn't came with the device. So I need to buy another, to get the sim card in and began to use the device.     I ordered a 2-in-1 Chromebook based on portability specs and AFTER it shipped they informed me via chat that they would be sending me the tablet half but with a non-connecting (Bluetooth only) third party keyboard. The item I received is larger and heavier. And the review algorithm gives the item an additional 2 stars because the shipping was fast. What a joke.

    So the only issue I have is it’s not charging like it should… It’s been charging since 3pm it started off at 23% and it’s only at 27% and it’s now 7:15pm so I feel like I have no choice but to return it to get my money back… I have used backmarket before and never had an issue but I’m super disappointed with this purchase. We’re going on a 20 hour road trip soon and will be in the car for hours on end between hotels stops and such so I need this to help pass the time with games and movies for my children.
