    Overall the phone seems to be fine. The only complaint I have is with the battery. Typically with a new phone the battery lasts quite a while for at least the first few months. While I know this is a refurbished phone I would have thought the batter would have been replaced. It lost 58% power in under 4 hours, not being constantly utilized during those 4 hours. That part is disappointing. Other than that, the phone seems to be as represented.

    The first Galaxy S10+ I ordered, the microphone didn't work at all, so I couldn't use voice to text or the assistant. Got a refund from that seller and found the same model with a different refurbisher in better condition and cheaper. The first S10+ I received from that seller, would not read the SIM card. Asked for repair or replacement and received the same model, however, it was worse than the first. It would not reset to factory and continued to ask for a PIN and the SIM card slot was damaged and wouldn't even open. Ive had three phones in a month and all got worse each time. This was one of many purchases on backmarket.com, and I've always been pleased, but after this experience I may never buy here again. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. By the third phone I'm convinced there is no way the seller even bothered to check for proper working order. It was obvious immediately that the factory reset wasn't correct and the SIM slot was jammed and unusable. Why send a phone like that!? It was a waste of both our time and my money.

    I guess my primary complaint is that while it's not completely unusable, it should not have been marketed as being in excellent condition... there is a minor scratch on the screen and some minor scratches on the back panel which I don't really mind, but I have had this for a few weeks now and the touchscreen goes haywire every 30 minutes or so, sometimes not responding, sometimes swiping and pressing things by itself... imagine being in a meeting with that! The back panel also seems to not have been properly attached with badly applied adhesive as it is already coming off. Other than that, the phone is pretty good when the touchscreen is working, the camera is very good for the price, I don't game or use it for anything demanding performance-wise but I have not had any major issues in that sector, and the battery seems okay for light usage.

    You sent me completely the wrong phone!!!! My first clue was it didn't fit into the case I bought for it. Then I looked at the back and it "boasts" 256 GB, when I ordered 512Gb. Then the camera is in the wrong place, so again, the phone won't work with the case. Then I went to pop in my SIM card and there's a 5G SIM card, but the Note 9 doesn't do 5G, only 4G... FIX IT YESTERDAY!
