If you have any problem with your phone, they will help to resolve it. You cannot get that with the Big 3 mobile companies. So far (two weeks), everything about this phone seems to be in good working order. Battery life, touch screen, and camera are all top notch. The ONLY reason I didn't give this seller / product a glowing review is because upon receiving the phone, I had to perform not one, not two, but FIVE system updates which collectively took over two hours. If you're selling a refurbished device, can't you at least make sure the software is up-to-date upon shipping?

Great phone, great tracking! The phone works great and the only noticeable scratches were around the SIM card tray. My only problem with the entire process was that the seller only paid for 1 oz of shipping, so I had to pay around $8 to pick it up from the post office. Inconvenient, but didn't ruin the overall experience. Other than that, it was a great experience! Will definitely buy refurbished again.
