    My earbuds were advertised to be in excellent condition but they were pretty used and not even properly cleaned. I spent half an hour cleaning out ear wax and other dirt/dust from both the case and the earbuds. I like the idea of backmarket and have had good experiences in the past but this was very disappointing.

    Customer service is great, and I love the idea of buying used/refurbished stuff. I’m unfortunately, I had to return all four items I bought. Well, one of them I didn’t even bother to return. The replaced item was fine, no trouble. The other three were quite cheap to begin with, and maybe it’s not wise to buy already cheap items used. I just hate to pollute the world … I guess the sellers need to get vetted better. I will possibly buy from back market again to give it an other chance, though it will probably be my last if I get another item with a problem.
