I honestly can't remember which condition I ordered. good or excellent. I will say this, they are beyond my expectations. I am truly happy with my recent purchase!

I've had really positive experiences ordering from Back Market previously. However I am very disappointed in the earphones I received. They arrived full of ear wax and the case was very beat up. They also weren't packed well at all and I fear they had a rough ride in transit. They're so gross and so beat up I'm not sure if I'll want to take a chance ordering from Back Market again. And while I understand that different refurbishing vendors utilize Back Market I have lost faith in Back Market's ability to discern competent vendors

Awesome Earbuds, delivered in time with a nice and simple packaging. The buds are a real bargain to be honest almost brand new case, amazing sound and build qaulity. Apart from waxy ear tips, everything was an 'A' Quality.

I was looking for new earbuds and from many different youtube videos i found back market. For only $100 i found these WF-1000XM4 earbuds in good condition, and they are pretty great, however i noticed that my right earbud seems to have the tip of it "pinched" by either someones hand, or more likely a tool. Although this doesn't affect looks, the right earbuds noise cancelling does not seem to be as good as the left earbud. Overall though, the earbuds are great, and shipping was fast. Love how 8D music sounds.
