    I love this Lenovo! I initially didn't notice that I had purchased a Chromebook. Before receiving my device, I had no interest in buying a Chromebook.     Great customer service from Paulette and Aubrey. Very good to work with. I had to send the laptop back because the battery was not charging. They fixed it quickly and resent it back. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue and I am having to send it back for a refund. But overall Back Market gave me very good service.
