    Let me start by saying the iPad I purchased is great. It looks good, performs well, and has no issues whatsoever. On to the issue. For this purchase, I traded in an iPhone 15 Pro and was originally quoted $365. Once the third-party org received the phone, it took them 2+ weeks to inspect it, when it was said it would be done no more than two days after being received. After the inspection, the offer was dropped to $150. This phone lived its life in a quality MagSafe case and screen protector and was, subjectively, in great condition. BackMarket uses the initial offer for trade-in as bait to get you to buy from them. I have discussed this with them, and they did not seem to care. In the end, I requested my phone back, and I will be sending the iPad back as well.

    I’m very disappointed with the device I received. The phone itself was in great condition. I ordered the IPhone 11 Pro, 256GB and was sent a phone with 64GB, the battery is not recognized as a genuine Apple part, it was hot to the touch when charging and the phone had a really weird smell. I’m returning and requesting a refund.
