    Device works well however there is 1 thing wrong with it and it has to deal with the camera when I zoom in greater then 2x the image shakes like crazy making the camera unusable beyond 2 x which is troubling because people typically get a pro max for the camera so this was really disappointing most likley a optic stabilization issue (OIS)

    Hello, I recently received the Apple Watch I purchased from Back Market, and unfortunately, the item does not match the condition described in the listing. I paid a higher price to get it in “excellent condition”, but the watch arrived with visible scratches on one side of the screen, which clearly does not reflect the quality promised. Since the watch is meant to be a gift, I won’t be able to return it in time for an exchange. However, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the item, as it does not correspond to what I paid for. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider a partial refund or store credit as compensation for receiving a product that was not as described.
