    Customer service was almost immediate, but did not solve the SIM card issue. (No service) The seller thought I needed a new SIM card Don’t feel bad, I spent an hour with customer support at Verizon and they couldn’t figure it out, either. Turned out the phone needed to be updated and that solved the problem. Please pass this along to the seller. Thanks again for the rapid response time!

    So far so good! I expected a charging brick and cord because I got them with the last Ipad I purchased but that's minor. This is my third purchase from Back Market. I am always very happy with the shipping and product. I have never had to reach out to them for anything, so I can't comment on the customer service, but that's a good thing!

    I received the phone and everything worked fine until we put the sim card in. We took it to our AT&T store and it turned out the actual sim card reader in the phone didn't work. The only option is to get a new phone:(

    Okay so the phone got here on time so that’s 1+ point. The phone has a few scratches (I ordered the excellent one which is the highest quality you can get). The glass back has a lot of visible tiny scratches but from far u can see anything and with a clear case you can’t see the scratches either. On the sides of the phone there was a few scratches but everything works perfectly. The buttons and everything work just as new. The only thing I notice is that the battery kinda runs out fast compared to my last phone but it was an android so I guess you can’t compare the battery life. When I took it to go get it connected I was honestly thinking it was fake but the employee said it was real and it was able to successfully get hooked up on the phone plan. If you guys are wondering, yes this unlocked phone works witch metropcs even though is doesn’t claim it but T-Mobile is now partnered with metro so it works I guess. Anyways thanks!

    I paid for a renewed phone thinking it would be better serviced than a reconditioned one but people I call cannot not hear me. It will cost me $90 to get it fixed. I am trying to return it for a refund but can’t get anyone to respond to me. If you order a phone and it works, these people are fine to deal with, I have bought from them before, but I am having no luck trying to return one that doesn’t work.
