    My phone is exactly as advertised. I am very happy with it. Besides saving money, buying a used phone saves mining the precious metals in a phone,(sometimes using child labor) manufacturing the parts, assembling the phone (frequently done by children), usually in places with no labor or environmental regulations, and shipping it half way across the world. Buying preowned phones is a great way to go and Back Market is a great place to get them.

    I believe you are trying very hard to supply a good product, but as I stated before (but didn’t follow up on) it seems to be heating up too much at random times. You suggested a return and exchange, which I would like to do, but hate to be without the phone. No choice I guess. I will box it up and ship it to you if you can replace it with the same thing.
