    I honestly was very skeptical about buying a refurbished phone. I kept reading reviews from others that were very off putting. This one came absolutely in mint condition, as described, it works perfect. Charges perfect, speakers all sound excellent, no scratches, no dents etc. Was absolutely so pleased with the purchase of this phone and I would highly recommend using back market to absolutely anyone. Will definitely be getting all my phones from here. Much better value, better price and just overall excellent all around.

    This is a gift for my son and we received it right away! He is so far happy with this phone. I ordered the highest quality and received a really good look looking refurbished product. The phone has 80% battery life and only had very minor swirls on the housing. Overall great product and will buy from them again!

    Phone quality was as advertised in a "very good" condition. I'm super pleased with my Iphone X so far and think the Back Market website/customer interface is excellent. I also think the web design and ability to see your order, warranty expiration date, and directly talk with the refurbisher is great. Will definitely recommend Back Market to friends and family down the road. My only very tiny complaint is that the phone came with a power cable but no USB adapter, which I believe it said it was supposed to. Overall, minor inconvenience and my experience was overwhelmingly positive!

    It didn't come with a band and the wrong charger was included, but the seller was very quick and helpful in providing those items. The watch has sub-par battery life, but that's to be expected. I'm not sure if it is as advertised, but that's difficult to determine depending on what apps are used. It was a bit dirty when it arrived but that isn't a big deal to me either when considering everything else.
