Galaxy S20 5G 128GB - Gray - Locked T-Mobile

First time purchase from Back Market. The entire process was painless and I had the phone in just a few days. Came in a small box very well packaged. I absolutely love this phone. I got one in Excellent condition and it definitely was. Absolutely no scratches or signs of any wear on the screen. It originally booted as an ATT branded phone but converted itself to Tmobile when booted with the Tmobile sim card. Everything works on Tmobile. Tmobile Video calling, Wifi Calling, SMS with status notifications, etc.. I previously had a Galaxy S7 and this phone is literally life changing. It is amazingly fast. Most apps start in about 1 second sometimes less. I can now do so many more things. Download speeds on Tmobile 5G are 285 Mbit/sec. Battery life so far is excellent. So far getting over 1 day from charge limited to 85%. Photos are very good, Including close ups. The phone is an absolute joy to use. I paired the phone with a Spigen Rugged Armor case for a nice slim package. My only regret is not getting this phone sooner.

My phone arrived on time and in good condition. Now I am buying another for my husband. This is the fourth item bought from Back Market and we have loved them all. We will buy all of our electronics (if they carry them) from Back Market.

Device cane broken in the box. It was definately packed that way and not insoected before shipping. The box and pack ing were in good condition. The phone had fallen apart, back of phone was separating. I never even turned it on. It was shipped back for refund.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product I received. I have purchased other refurbished (renewed) products from other sources, and you can always tell they are used. The Samsung Galaxy S20 I received from BackMarket looked "Good as New." I would purchase again from BackMarket without giving it a second thought.

It is a great phone with working functions. However when I had purchased the phone, I do believe it was locked to Tmobile. When I had received it, it was unlocked to AT&T and other carriers. I had spent more than 2 hours with tmobile to get the phone to authorize Tmobile to recognize it. I feel that if I search for a phone that is Locked to company, it should be locked.

Phone works just like it was fresh out of the box!

Good price, Arrived on time as expected in excellent condition and so far works as expected. Would do it again.
