    waiting to see if can get refund as promised. did not keep more than a day once I talked to then visited an xfinity/commiecast store. the problem is the phone is not unlocked for Xfinity, can't be unlocked by Xfinity and that equals to: no network, no phone. no phone is kinda nice, but there will be hell to pay once I get up and running again. tried to buy a phone that was not the cheapest, hoping for smooth transaction; but no phone if can't gt network, no phone is kinda nice but there will be hell to pay for everything I missed once I get another phone.

    Definitely done scuffs and light scratches, but no cracks or major damage. With the phone in a case, you wouldn't know the difference. There was some gunk I cleaned off around the edges of the screen. I expected the scratches, but thought the phone would at least be clean Phone is working just fine so far. I received it promptly in the mail. Thank you Back Market. I certainly plan to be back for electronics in the future.

    Battery needs servicing after one day - 77%. I can send it in to get it fixed or replaced. But that means not having a phone for 3-5 days. Very inconvenient. I am debating just living with it. It would be nice if there was an option for same day repair somewhere. Apple would charge $50 to replace.
