    The iphone X came in really good quality, which was exactly what I paid for which was great. I ordered in "very good" condition, and the battery life was 87%. In terms of using the phone I can get A LOT of use before the battery is drained, about 1.5 days worth. That's probably more a function of this being a good phone gen than the quality it came in though from backmarket. Still really satisfied with the overall experience, good job.

    After having a bad experience buying from Amazon, I was a little hesitant on buying from here. However, I am SUPER happy that I did! I purchased from refurbisher, “GadgetGone”. The phone did have some scratches on the screen, but as stated, very light and barely able to be seen. Once I put the glass screen protector on, this phone looks brand new. Also, extremely pleased that the battery is at 93% health. That is one thing I was worried about so I am very happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that the phone was covered in fingerprints and lint, and needed to be cleaned. However, still 10/10 recommend.

    I ordered iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB but received iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB. I was asked if I wanted replacement or refund which I opted for a replacement. I was asked to return the phone so that they will send me a replacement. After returning the phone, I was issued a refund without any explanation why they could not send me the replacement. The coupon I used for the order is gone.

    I was scared for sure because this was my first purchase threw back market and I’ve never known anyone to order from them either. I received the phone pretty quick and was very impressed. I had purchased the “fair” phone and just prayed for the best outcome! Well I wasn’t disappointed! I feel like selecting the “fair” phone was being very risky to begin with but I feel like the phone was in mint condition. Had one small scratch on the screen and it isn’t even noticeable unless you’re looking for it ! I would definitely refer purple to them and I’d purchase another phone.

    Iphone came in excellent condition, practically brand new if you ask me. GadgetGone was super helpful with helping me with the USPS issues, I can confirm they ship with 2-day shipping but somehow USPS ended up taking over a week to get it here.
