My iPhone XS was as described, in excellent (like-new) condition. It replaced another iPhone XS I purchased from Back Market that was 23 months old. That phone was still in great condition and functioned perfectly until I damaged it with water.

iPhone came within a couple of days after placing the order. No crack screen no marks . Perfect condition. I got an IPhone xs in good condition. The only problem is whenever I charge the phone it starts overheating but everything else is still works fine .

Great experience and fair price. Although I ordered an iPhone XS in excellent condition, the invoice shows it as "very good". Regardless, it is in great condition and has been working fine so far. Thank you!

the screen was a replacement screen with no True Tone I thought the refurbishing process they use genuine apple parts

The only downside was that my payment wouldn't go through on the website, no matter which payment option I tried. The payment did work fine on the app. The phone itself is perfect - I'm completely satisfied.

Shipping was fast but when the phone arrived, it didn't come with a charger. I contacted the seller who solved the problem and sent me the charger. The phone runs out of battery very quickly, I don't know if it's because it's been changed recently or because it needs to be replaced. Overall, I haven't had any problems with the way it works yet.
