    Phone looks pristine. Unfortunately, the mic needs to be replaced because unless I put it on speaker or route calls through a Bluetooth device, no-one can hear me. And the battery health was at 85% so that had to be replaced. The phone arrived in a box with a small wad of paper - the phone was not secure and was definitely knocking around inside the box. Really disappointed because my last purchase on Backmarket was flawless. This one…not so much.
