    So happy with backmarket! I Bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The first one I was sent didn't match the grade I bought, so I reached out and got one of the correct grade/condition in less than a week. It even had 100% battery health! (The customer service rep was friendly and quick to respond, and the return process was super simple) Ive had it for a few months now and everything works fantastic, will definitely be buying from backmarket again.
