    It's been a few weeks, and I am most satisfied with this iPhone. My first experience with a previously used phone, now refurbished, since having to return the first one I tried from another source which was returned when it got hot quickly.     i was so scared to purchase a refurbished phone, but i bought the "fair" condition and it was just like new. no scratches or anything on the screen or phone! the only that isn't the best is the battery health. but it still stays charged for the whole day! overall it was a great purchase as opposed to buying a brand new phone!

    My iPhone 12 Pro in fair condition came in 5 days nicely packed, and looking and working absolutely great. Body, screen and cameras did not have any visible damage. Battery was at 85% max which is reasonable for fair condition. My daughter is happy, and so am I. I really appreciate Back Market and the refurbisher that worked on this iPhone. Thank you!

    The BackMarket website is super user friendly, so I knew I what I was getting and had all of the information I needed readily available. The shipping was quick, and while I was a bit nervous about how it might've been packed, when it arrived, the packaging put my fear to rest! The internal box the phone was in was wrapped heavily with soft, dense material that would've absorbed a good deal of shock. The phone itself was just what I ordered, and has been working great! I always recommend refurbished from BackMarket to my friends, always been an enjoyable process, and the mission can't be beat!

    Phone arrived and was in excellent condition outwardly. Looked protected all over. Got through a bunch of Samsung and Google updates after the initial check through. Everything went great!...until it didn't and the Camera no longer worked. Of course Samsung says to send it in since no there are no stores nearby. But then I'm out of a phone. So I guess I'm taking this phone out of state to get it checked out. Shame for such a rare but expensive phone. Probably just something simple, not the fault of the seller. Certain they wouldn't just sell something that'd break from updates.
