    The phone was as described. Well actual better I didn't see any visible scratches. I like the phone, I received it quick. It is a really nice phone. As far as the phone functionality personally I feel the battery goes quickly. I travel for work and use it all the time on the road. Some days I am a little nervous because I think it might go dead. I don't want to have to carry a charger w/me at all times and charge it in facilities. But it hasn't actually went dead so maybe it's just me. It has went down to 46% Sometimes I forget to put a charger in my car. I use map quest religiously so that takes a big chunk of the battery. But other than that it is a very nice phone.

    This Galaxy s23 fe is my second purchase from Back Market. Right now this exact phone is $529 on Samsung. I paid half that. You CANNOT tell by sight, sound or feel that my phone isn't brand new. Had it come in a Samsung box I wouldn't even know myself. There isn't a blemish on it. The battery lasts and lasts. The port is nice and snug. All the "smart" works magnificently! But the best part about this smartphone is how smart I was by making the choice to shop here at Back Market😁 I will not buy from another place! Let's face it, I'm a fan!!

    Fantastic! I ordered an "excellent" quality Galaxy S20. It was like new, flawless. It was even unlocked, as advertised! The only irritating thing is the at&t boot-up screen and bloat-wear, but from I have learned, that's not easily removed. I have had no issues with the battery, and the phone is still water resistant. I would definitely buy from back market again.

    The two Galaxy S23 128GB phones arrived quickly and were in excellent shape. You would have a hard time telling them from new phones. We are still learning (struggling) to get everything programmed and the way we want them to be. We upgraded from the S10 so it is a bit of change.     i don’t think that “good” condition should include a massive dent in the corner where it was clearly dropped super hard possibly indicating internal damage. scratches and such are normal but this is much worse than that which is why i returned it. other wise Back Market customer service are a dream to work with and the return process was incredibly smooth and easy. thank you!
